Tender description

The objective of this RFT is to engage with a web design and development partner to strengthen Technology Ireland DIGITAL Skillnet’s digital brand and enhance our positioning as the national business support agency for Digital Skills and workforce development. We are seeking to build a new website to effectively communicate our strategic purpose and convey its distinct qualities to our core target audience of businesses and industry groups and other stakeholders including the workforce, government stakeholders and the wider public. The Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet (previously the Software Skillnet) is a national training network for Technology and Digital Skills funded by Skillnet Ireland (through the National Training Fund and network member companies) and sponsored by Technology Ireland (a sector association within Ibec). Technology Ireland DIGITAL Skillnet intends to drive and retain customer engagement through its website and requires the selected partner to apply insights from comparable websites in the public and private sector to the overall design and functionality. Overall we want to increase participation in industry-led digital workforce development and that the tech industry and workforce can avail of the resources DIGITAL Skillnet provide to ensure they remain competitive in their skills and talent development.
