UL - RFT - Provision, Production, and Postage of Student Cards for University of Limerick (UL)

Tender description

Tenders are invited under Open National Procedure for the Provision, Production, and Postage of Student ID Cards for the University of Limerick (UL). The Contracting Authority is seeking to source and appoint suitably qualified and experienced partner with relevant expertise: 1. To source compatible student cards 2. To enable a secure and GDPR-approved mechanism of data transfer between UL and the contractor, 3. Utilising this data, to produce (print & encode) student cards in line with UL requirements. 4. To post cards to students. 5. To enable a secure reporting mechanism. 6. To provide a responsive service. 7. To provide batches of blank cards to UL on request for local production as required. The contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to one (1) year with a maximum of two (2) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. The Term will not exceed five (5) years in aggregate.
