Tender description

This requirement remains as part of the original CTO service provided STANCE in that remains 'in scope' for strategic planning for digital and cloud services. However for budgetary reasons additional funding is required to support the delivery of a number of key I&T projects (specifically WAVES). Recent staff changes planned teams in DI&T have resulted in the need for a service to manage the deliverables and outcomes required, in this instance for the WAVES project.
