Tender description

To procure a client-side strategic partner who can providing immediate IT Internal capability for MCA who has skill in cloud and digital transformation. They will also provide services with expertise in areas such as technical architecture, delivery management and gathering off user needs. The strategic partner will be vendor neutral, i.e. will not be able to participate in subsequent lots. Full specification can be provided if required (CTO Technical Service from 01/04/2019 to 31/03/2020).
