Coaching Services - AWARD

Tender description

In 2018 the Council set out its ambition to adopt a coaching culture as a way of increasing individual and organisational performance and increasing personal awareness. Building on the success of offering coaching to defined cohorts over the past 3 years, the Council now wishes to extend coaching provision to other cohorts and is looking to source a credible supplier to commission accredited and suitably skilled coaches who are experienced at working with Local Authority senior leaders/teams. The Council is looking to offer coaching to 3 main cohorts, Corporate Management Team (CMT), Director Group (DG) and Senior Management Group (SMG) plus support for the Directorate Management Teams (DMT). The contract includes 3 main elements that are expected to be delivered via: o 121 - 90 minute sessions o Group - 1/2 day sessions o Adhoc - 90 minute sessions There will also be provision for additional requirements for coaching/related support as and when required to meet the Council's needs that are outside the 3 main elements listed above.
