Wandsworth Borough Council is tendering a contract for the Provision of Aerial Repairs Systems, Boroughwide. The Contract is envisaged to be for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further two years at the Council's absolute discretion. All instructions shall require the Contractor to repair and/or modify (if required) the said systems, both internally and externally to the residents’ dwellings in various types of properties. This is solely a reactive maintenance contract. The contract will be for a period of 5 years but subject to an extension or extensions of up to an aggregate of 2 further years at the absolute discretion of the Council.
