This Framework also includes an option for Local Authorities to appoint Agents of Current and Future Members for the Irish Council of Social Housing. Lot 1/1: DCC Framework 1 Multi Party Framework Agreements for Works Projects with a value of less than €1,000,000. FRAMEWORK 1: Lot 1 - Dublin City Council This Framework also includes an option for Local Authorities to appoint Agents of Current and Future Members for the Irish Council of Social Housing. Lot 1/2: FCC Framework 1 Multi Party Framework Agreements for Works Projects with a value of less than €1,000,000. FRAMEWORK 1: Lot 2 - Fingal County Council This Framework also includes an option for Local Authorities to appoint Agents of Current and Future Members for the Irish Council of Social Housing.
