Supply and installation of a composite cap lining system above the non-hazardous waste mass to include 1mm welded geomembrane, drainage composite and sandbag ballast. Works Scope Permanent works for the supply & installation of a cap lining system on Phase 3B of the Restenneth landfill, to include: o Trim and prepare the previously placed regulating surfaces ready to accept the lining system o Expose and prepare edge of existing capping and basal lining systems at tie-in locations. o Deployment of 1mm HDPE geomembrane, welded, above the regulating layer o Welding of 1mm textured HDPE Geomembrane to existing lining systems o Deployment of drainage composite above the 1mm textured HDPE geomembrane o Deploy sandbag ballast to secure the works
