Refurbishment works Phase 1 at Magee for Relocation of School of Health Sciences

Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a newly refurbished building to block MA in Ulster University. The Tenderer shall provide the Works in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements as set out in the Employer’s Requirements (Document 2 of the ITT Documentation) and the Contract. Tenderers shall include within their Commercial Submission (Document 5 of the ITT Documentation) all sums required to provide the Works in accordance with the Contract. The works comprises the following:  New floor coverings throughout  All internal painting and redecoration including walls, ceilings, doors, skirtings, architraves and windows etc  Paint/redecorate low level external windows, doors, handrails etc  Open up the end spaces in the first-floor corridor area by removing the doors and making good the spaces  Provision of window protection  New blinds throughout  New signage throughout  Re-skim/line walls in poor condition  New power and data as per the new occupancies  Re-lamping lighting where possible and fitting new light fittings where possible  Door access – SALTO wireless handle
