Provision of servicing, maintenance and emergency call out cover of specialist bathing equipment

Tender description

Abri require the provision of servicing, maintenance and emergency call out cover by a competent, experienced and qualified contractor. The contractor will carry out servicing, maintenance and emergency call outs on behalf of Abri for 30 pieces of specialist assisted bathing equipment within 24 properties named in the asset list in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Contract and the inspection frequencies detailed within this specification. The duration of this contract is expected to be an inital 2 years with additiional 2 years extension. The contract start date is expected to be on the 22nd October 2021.
