Procurement of used Rohde and Schwarz FSVA40/FSV40/FSVA3044 Signal and Spectrum Analyser 10Hz to 40GHz

Quotations required for the supply of a used Rohde and Schwarz FSVA40 or FSV40 or FSVA3044 signal and spectrum analyser with option K70 vector signal analyser. A minimum bandwidth of 28MHz is required or upgrade options B70 (40MHz bandwidth) or B160 (160MHz bandwidth) or B200 (200MHz bandwidth). Must also have at least a 12 month warranty and a full valid certificate of calibration. All quotations and questions should be sent to kevin.coughlan@ensilica.com and alan.wong@ensilica.com Closing date for submissions is 12.00pm on 10th September 2021. Questions will be accepted up until 5.00pm 3rd September 2021. All answers to questions will be updated onto attached file. Outcome off all submissions will be notified to suppliers on 10th September 2021 followed by a 10 day standstill period ending on 20th September 2021 when a purchase order to the successful bidder will be issued. All bids will be scored as follows 50% on price, 40% on specifications and 10% on delivery forecast.
