Tender description

The Insolvency Service intends to establish a call-off Contract with up to a maximum of 2 Contractors to undertake site visits throughout all of Northern Ireland. The purpose of the visits will be to ascertain if bankrupts or companies in compulsory liquidation were trading. If trading was taking place, then to close the business down, inventory the goods, fixtures and fitting and secure them. To obtain details of the trade, any employees, relevant contracts, retention of title claims, etc. Where instructed to uplift the goods and sell them at auction, or any other agreed way suitable to the assets, for the benefit of the creditors of the insolvent estates.
