External Evaluation of Cleddau 2 Coast (C2C) FLAG

Tender description

Pembrokeshire County Council (the Council) invite you to submit a bid (called a “tender”) to evaluate the Cleddau 2 Coast (C2C) FLAG (Fisheries Local Action Group) An evaluation is required by the Welsh Government to assess appropriateness and utility of the Local Development Strategy as a tool to guide the implementation of the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF) in Pembrokeshire, and the extent to which projects funded through the EMFF by the Cleddau to Coast FLAG have contributed towards the aim and objectives of the Local Development Strategy both individually and collectively. The evaluation is also to assess the performance, contribution and value added of the FLAG itself. The evaluation will be expected to reach evidenced conclusions and to propose recommendations that will assist in the effective, efficient and compliant delivery of future programmes aimed at supporting fishing and coastal communities, and which are capable of application in Pembrokeshire and potentially in other areas.
