1.1.IFF Research will provide authoritative sector intelligence on current and future skills needs. 1.2.Activity is broadly split into six distinct areas: 1.2.1. Labour Market Intelligence – Keeping data on the size, shape and composition of the industry up-to-date 1.2.2.Forecasting – Modelling the future demand for skills and training, including the Construction Skills Network (CSN) 1.2.3.Thought Leadership – Providing insight into new and emerging issues linking with policy analysis and policy formation 1.2.4.Improving the Evidence Base – Undertaking research that fills gaps in sector knowledge 1.2.5.
