Digital Amnesty Discovery

Tender description

The supplier will supply resource to undertake a 12 week "Digital Amnesty" discovery. The work will encompass: 1. Define a realistic discovery approach by scoping the application environment to determine highest priority groups and to finalise the plan to achieve data discovery within 12 weeks that can be applied to future priority groups 2. Conduct data discovery on priority grouping and subsequently produce a golden source of application and infrastructure configuration data 3. Identify key areas of technical debt, shadow IT or other vulnerable areas within the BEIS IT estate by analysing first cut of configuration data
