We require cloud based compliance software to manage and record Housing stock for the following statutory compliance works: Fire Risk Assessments and all remedial works. Water Risk Assessment and all remedial works. Electrical testing and rewiring, emergency light testing, smoke detector testing and all remedial works. Asbestos Surveys and removal works. Gas compliance and all remedial works. Lift inspections and all remedial works. Compliance data comprises of triggering surveys at agreed frequencies, recording outcomes and initiating appropriate remedial actions, identification of and targeting non-compliance, coherent reporting and auditing, and compliance certification storage within the cloud.
