Procurement of an Energy Management System (EMS) to process energy and water invoices, and support the management of energy, water and carbon data within the Council. YPO Framework: Utilities Invoice Validation and Energy Management Service - 1033 Lot 1 – Bill Validation and Energy Management Service This framework agreement is for the provision of an online energy bureau service portal to support customers that are unable to carry out day-to-day energy management in house. The bureau service will focus on invoice validation, consumption monitoring and performance reporting as well as assistance with industry documentation and compliance.
