Tender description
South Dublin County Council (SDCC) has a requirement to implement and support a new Delegate Conference and Audio-Visual System in the Council Chamber in County Hall. The system must provide microphone discussion, electronic voting and automatic camera control for 40 Councillors and 10 council officials. The system must be capable of integrating with Microsoft Teams and a third party avionic HD camera control systems for the purposes of web casting the proceedings. Any contract that may result from this Competition will be issued for a term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 4 years to cover maintenance of the equipment to be renewed annually. Lot 209632: Upgrade of Multimedia System in the Council Chamber in County Hall, South Dublin County Council Quotations must be submitted online via the electronic postbox on www.etenders.gov.ie before 4pm on the 9th of April 2021.
