<p>Truro Northern Access Road (NAR), Truro, Cornwall Asphalt / Resin Imprint works Cormac Solutions Ltd are contracted to Cornwall Council for the above-named works and invite you to tender for the sub-contract works package. Should you decide to tender all correspondence, communication and bid submission must be made through Pro-Contract. Supply and lay Asphalt / Resin Imprint surfacing at Pedestrian Crossing locations on a new highway project. Specific Works Location New highway construction, green field site Should your bid be successful you will be required to enter into a subcontract agreement based on an NEC3 Short subcontract, the subcontract will incorporate the documentation contained in this enquiry, your bid information and any subsequent clarifications or agreed amendments prior to entering into subcontract. Enquiry Information. The information is set out to enable an NEC3 Short subcontract. The following information is included : This Invitation to Tender NEC Short Subcontract Imprint DRAFT. Appendix A &ndash; Subcontract Works Information, containing drawings, programme CT2000075-Truro Northern Access Road Stage 1 Construction Programme Start 24-01-2022 P17 30-06-2021 and policies and procedures. Appendix B &ndash; Site Information. Appendix C &ndash; Boundaries of the Site drawing. Please submit your price in the form of a price list suitable for inclusion within the Short Subcontract Form. As a minimum, your price list is to assume 6no visits to site and a total of 1,524m2 of Imprint. Please detail minimum quantity required per visit. Site Visits. The site is within the curtilage of the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust - Treliske. Tenderers are at liberty to view the site from the public highway, but under no circumstance, on the pretext of this tender, enter the Helicopter Pad area or any other property of RCHT - Treliske.
