Tender description

There is increasing concern around contamination of the marine environment generally. One potential form of contamination is where terrestrial borne littered items get into the marine environment. (This is not to undermine the importance of non-littered material, more to keep the scope quite narrow and focused). It would be helpful to gather the evidence around this and use that evidence to quantify the issue.
