Tender description
• To carry out research and gain a good understanding of how our different service users, which include young people, parents, carers, Black Asian and Minority and Ethnic (BAME) residents and stakeholder's need when accessing a digital directory of services. • To explore and understand work by the by the Local Government Association (LGA) on Open Referral and MHCLGs local digital declaration work. • To work, collaboratively with Southwarks key stakeholders to gain buy in and co create a way forward. • To provide recommendations for a suitable model and solution for Southwark, considering the implications who updates and validates this information . • Identify suitable model and advise how to move forward with deployment.
