Improvement and replacement works to existing steel vehicle restraint system (VRS), Elk Mill Roundabout Oldham, including traffic management. Additional information: Section Four of the Framework Invitation to Tender document (ITT) will be evaluated on a Pass or Fail basis and will also entail conducting a financial assessment and/or taking up of references. If a tender fails Section Four it will be disqualified and will not be further evaluated. The fact that a Tenderer has been invited to submit a Tender does not necessarily mean that the Tenderer has completely satisfied all the Council's criteria and the Council may require further information as appropriate and assess this as part of the Tender evaluation process.
