Request for Information for Online Registration System (ORS)

Tender description

Sport Ireland Participation Unit is looking to implement an online registration system (ORS) to be utilised by the network of Local Sports Partnerships (LSPs). The online registration system will be used by LSP’s to administer registrations for all their sport and physical activity programmes and events, in both real world and virtual settings. The rationale behind the development of this system is for LSPs to have one system to manage all the administrative elements required in the running of programmes and events, while also assisting in managing, recording and reporting more efficiently to their Boards, partners and Sport Ireland. It will allow for consistency and efficiency of administration and reporting across the LSP network. The system will also provide a consistent public user experience throughout the network.
