Renovation, including repairs, decoration, and fit-out, of 4 business units, including testing and repair of electric installation, upgrading lighting installation including installation of LED strip lights, smoke alarms, and fire equipment, replacing of floor cover for carpet tiles, repair of skirting boards and floorboards where appropriate, repair and repainting of ceilings and walls, painting of radiators, installation of trunking for electric wiring and data cables with double sockets and USB ports, cleaning, and repainting of walls, floors, and ceilings, revarnishing woodwork security locks on access doors.
