Project Management including oversight and reporting services and the creation and implementation of a Project Risk Management Plan delivered to ensure that programme and costs are managed and reported upon for the lifecycle of the Construction and Handover Stages of Delivery for the construction of a 100 Bed Medical Residential Treatment and Recovery Centre. The Project Management Service will provide reporting and advisory services to the Contracting Authority on a regular scheduled basis enadling the Contracting Authority report on Risk, Budget and Programme to the Sponsoring Agency and the Sanctioning Authority. The Project Management service to be provided will be independent of the assigned design team consultants and will have experience in the delivery of Public Works contracts for residential and health facilities.
