Event Space, clean curtains and carpets, overhaul electric and light fittings, new stud wall, clean and decorate the ceiling, walls, and woodwork, radiators, provide digital cabling, double glazing repair to doors and windows. Business Hub improvements and repairs, new light fittings, paint radiators, repair ceiling, remove existing carpet tiles, provide lino, insulation, and wall repairs. Kitchen, provide new counter and supply and plum dishwasher and sink, new worktop from recycled materials and mixer tap. Cafe, supply desk, plumbing, and repairs, install digital cabling, fire equipment, new sink. upgrade doors. Toilet and Lobby, repair flooring, decorate, make wheelchair accessible.
