Brand Development consultancy services for Montrose ZeroFour Hub

Crown Estate Scotland needs the services of a consultant or agency develop a brand identity for Montrose ZeroFour and to create and deliver/deploy branded elements for Montrose ZeroFour. The consultant will be required to deliver these objectives over a six month period. Crown Estate Scotland has the following objectives to address: - Develop a brand identity for Montrose ZeroFour which: - Positions the development as a focal point for green economic growth, particularly aligned with renewable energy and sustainable blue economy business - Appeals to potential tenants and to investors, emphasising the opportunities inherent in its location and nearby facilities - Retains a connection to the history of the site, through the ZeroFour name - Create and deliver/deploy branded elements for Montrose ZeroFour, including: - Brand marks and other visual material - Comprehensive brand guidelines - On-location signage and information boards Milestone deliverables for the project will be: - Brand identity, including basic brand guidelines to be signed off by Crown Estate Scotland, and logos/other visual files in various formats to be delivered by the end of month two - Delivery of comprehensive brand guidelines by the end of month three - Design and deployment of signage and information boards on an agreed schedule, ending by month six at the latest
