IT Security Services. The ICT Service provides support for over 7,000 internal users and devices, core infrastructure, applications and systems on which a vast array of Council services are dependant. The services provided by the Council are varied, wide ranging, and often statutory. To defend the Council against evolving cyber threats, to respond effectively to incidents, and to ensure our networks, data and systems are protected and resilient.
