<p><strong>43/44 Howard Street is located to the South of Northumberland Square conservation area. </strong></p> <p>The area is partly commercial and partly residential. The front access is onto Howard Street and the rear access is onto a commercial and residential service area. This proposal is to refurbish the redundant office rooms that are on the ground, first and second floors of 43/44 Howard Street. There will also be some internal remodelling to the internal layout to suit the new owner&rsquo;s business. The building was originally residential and was converted some time ago to a solicitor&rsquo;s office.
