Tender description

** Please note this is not a call for competition, This is a PIN notice for a Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy requirement** BEIS is procuring a number of evaluation projects to support the recently announced programmes- Help to Grow: Digital and Help to Grow: Management, which aim to boost firm-level productivity. Help to Grow: Digital is a £300m flagship programme that will provide information and advice to SMEs, helping them to understand their digital technology needs. The platform will also offer a digital technology voucher that provides SMEs with a discount of up to £5,000, covering up to 50% of the cost of a technology solution from a pre-approved list of vendors for up to a year. The voucher will be available for up to 100,000 SMEs over three years and will launch in Autumn 2021. An evaluation partner will join this programme ahead of launch to conduct a process and quasi-experimental impact evaluation, running for four years. The supplier event will involve a summary and details of the programme, the key requirements of the evaluation and a Q+A session. We would like to invite prospective bidders to attend a pre-market engagement session on Wednesday, 18th August 2021 11:00 - 11:45 via MS Teams. The agenda for the day is as follows: • Introductions, • Overview of the requirement, • Evaluation expectations,• Procurement overview, • Discussion / Q&A Note that the route to market will be via CCS Research Marketplace DPS (RM6018) (www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6018) and to bid for this work the lead contractor will have to be registered on the CCS Research Marketplace DPS (RM6018) prior to the requirement being launched.
