The Solution has been let as a multi-supplier Framework that can be used on either a direct award or mini competition basis. Member Authorities are able to conduct their own mini competitions against the Framework for their own contracts to meet their specific requirements for the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of lift and escalator assets to ensure they obtain value for money.
