London Borough of Havering Door and Window Replacement Contract

Tender description

The London Borough of Havering ("LBH") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced contractors for the delivery of its door and window replacement programme 2021-2026. The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors. Works will be delivered via archetype and SOR pricing under a JCT Measured Term Contract (as amended) for a maximum of five years (3 + 1 + 1). LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and its associated appendices. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, LBH anticipates shortlisting 5 bidders to be invited to Tender but reserves the right to increase that to a maximum of 7 if scores are very closely placed around the cut-off point.
