Tender description
NICTS is embarking on a major Modernisation Programme as set out in the NICTS Vision Statement. One key aspect of this programme is focused on Digital Modernisation which will involve designing, replacing and modernising our current Line of Business Systems and will help deliver target digital outcomes via an online portal. Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS) is conducting a formal Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise, prior to launching a procurement procedure to deliver a suitable solution. At a summary level this is intended to inform the marketplace of NICTS’s current position, needs, target outcomes and thoughts around the procurement approach as well as engaging with solution vendors and integrators to inform NICTS in support of developing requirements, Target Operating Model, procurement strategy and business case options.
