Tender description

A Target Operating Model, has been agreed for implementation and D&A has taken a de-cision to implement new ways of working that complement and keep pace with agile work-ing to maximise the value of the new and flexible technologies. Team Topology Meth-odology has been selected and a high level design agreed. The high level design will be taken through detailed design. The capabili-ties required to deliver and support the new services and products will be identified and described in detail so that D&A can develop and embed the required capabilities across its data delivery organisation.
