Tender description

* PLEASE NOTE* The relevant Authority for this procurement is: The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Bristol Road South Northfield Birmingham B31 2AP The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are looking to replace our current PAS (patient administration system) with a new solution, that will support the Trust operationally, financially and clinically to cover all aspects of patient management and care and to provide us with a potential digitally mature product to accompany our journey into a cloud based infrastructure. Our current contract with our current provider expires August 2023 and we intend to have a solution in place by this date. This exercise is intended to provide potential bidders with the opportunity to review the Authority's Briefing Document and to provide information regarding the services they can offer that could meet these outline requirements. This builds on the Authority's commitment to engage with the market, by sharing information and seeking input from the market to enable us to develop the final specification and determine the appropriate route to market in a fair and transparent manner. Suppliers who are able to offer solutions relevant to this requirement are invited to express an interest and respond to a market engagement questionnaire.
