Department for Infrastructure wish to appoint a Contractor to provide a highly skilled public transport specialist project team with in-depth, wide-ranging expertise to undertake an Efficiency Review (“the Review”), examining aspects of Translink’s recent financial and operational performance and assessing the efficiency of Translink’s bus and rail operations relative to other comparable operators.
