The project involves widening the road at 2 sections along exiting highway to provide passing places on the B5279 between Tal y Cafn and Ty’n y Groes Work will include the excavation of exiting boundary to install new carriageway, and carry out earthworks to provide new embankment and fencing along the new boundary.
