Tender description
The new PEACE PLUS programme is currently being launched by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) and as per previous programmes there is a ringfenced allocation for Local Authorities to apply to. This is within Theme 1.1 which is to enable and empower local community partnerships, led by the local authorities, to select and deliver priority projects on a cross community basis, which will result in shared and inclusive local services, facilities and spaces and make a significant and lasting contribution to peace and reconciliation. Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (‘The Council’) are seeking consultancy support to assist in the development of the PEACE PLUS Action Plan from consultation through to letter of offer completion.
