Tender description

5.1 This award is from framework RM3745 will provide a combination of generalist and specialist support to support ongoing delivery of the Council’s annual Internal Audit plan in line with Public Sector Internal Audit Standards (PSIAS) requirements, and Corporate Risk Management Services 5.2 Specialist support is required to deliver audits and support risk identification and assessment where the Council’s internal teams do not have the necessary skills and experience, and will include the following areas: • Treasury • Pensions • Information Technology and Cyber Security • Health and Safety • Data analytics 5.3 Generalist support will be made available on an ‘as needs’ or ‘draw down’ basis to cover any long-term sickness; secondments; or recruitment gaps within the teams that could potentially impact upon delivery of the Internal Audit annual plan or completion of ongoing corporate risk management activities.
