Tender description
UKEF is reviewing its exposure to risks and opportunities associated with climate change. The Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) report was a first step. UKEF is now considering how to implement the recommendations from the TCFD report. The next step for UKEF is to create a Climate Change Strategy setting out its proposed ambition to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2050. While UKEF has drafted a strategy, it requires external expertise to strength-test the detail and to consider scenarios for how UKEF's net zero ambition could be met, including a SWOT analysis of each of these scenarios. UKEF does not have sufficient internal expertise capacity to conduct such a review of its own strategy and associated SWOT analysis.
