Term Electrical Maintenance Works Contract for Mary Immaculate College Limerick

The purpose of this Tender competition is to procure an Electrical Contractor to enter into a term maintenance contract for Electrical systems inspection and maintenance works. The works will include • Planned maintenance, inspection and testing • Call out repairs and maintenance • Scheduled Minor Works • Co-ordination with 3rd party contractors on works projects The Electrical Services Term Maintenance Contract will include maintenance and testing of, and modifications (as required) to, the following systems: • Main electrical and sub distribution systems. • General Services • Lighting Installations • Site Lighting • Emergency Lighting • Fire Detection and Alarm • Voice Evacuation Systems • Containment systems • Data Cabling • Lightning Protection • Surge Protection Portable Appliance Testing of electrical appliances will be required, as will Thermographic reports on Electrical Distribution panels. The maximum value of the contract will be €1,000,000 ex VAT, and the maximum duration will be 4 years
