Services in (A) specialist training in animal health for On Farm Advisors (Veterinarians) and (B) the setting up and organising of the delivery of an On-Farm Animal Health Advisory measure

Tender description

This RFT refers to the procurement of ONE suitably qualified economic operator to deliver the following services: Service A: Training of Advisors (veterinarians) – The Contracting Authority requires the successful tenderer to provide training in animal health subjects to veterinarians who will then provide on-farm advice on animal health matters to eligible applicant farmers participating in the scheme; and Service B: Set up and organise the delivery of on farm animal health advisory service – The Contracting Authority requires a suitably qualified economic operator to receive applications from farmers and to match the applications with the trained On Farm Advisors (veterinarians). Note: Any funding from EU and/or other State funding for the specific services required in this Request for Tender must be declared in the tender submission and broken down as appropriate. The calculation of marks for price will take into account any such funding in order to ensure equal treatment of all tenderers. Where no other State or EU funding is provided or to be provided for the specific services required by this RFT, tenderers should make a declaration to that effect in their tender submission.
