Kent County Council are looking to commission an organisation or consortium of providers to provide support services for people with learning and or physical disabilities at Princess Christian’s Farm, Riding Lane, Hildenborough. The current arrangement involves an Adult Social Care Contract which is linked to a lease on the land and buildings which are owned by KCC. In the new arrangement it is envisaged the Contract and lease will be separate. The details of this will be set out in the tender documentation. The Prior information notice (PIN) is however, issued solely for the purpose of notifying the market of the intention to procure these services. Interested parties will not be prejudiced or advantaged by any response or lack thereof to the PIN and a response to this PIN does not guarantee any invitation to participate in any future procurement. This PIN does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services for the Council. Lot 1: The Council intends to commission a provider or consortium of providers to provide support services for people with learning and or physical disabilities at Princess Christian Farm, Riding Lane, Hildenborough.
