Tender description

We Require a supplier to Purchase media space on behalf of Cork City Council. Suppliers will be required to • Understand target audiences in all the target markets; • Advise on the best way to target potential markets; • Design and production of advertising, where required; • Liaise with Cork City Council's Communications Unit to identify strategic advertising opportunities in line with the Council's organisational goals. • Provide general media insights and statistics, as required; • Assess ad-hoc media promotions, as required; • Demonstrate effectiveness of media buying competitiveness through statistical analysis, industry performance and KPIs. Lot 1: We require a supplier to purchase media space on behalf of Cork City Council. Suppliers will be required to: • understand target audiences in all the target markets; • advise on the best way to target potential markets; • design and production of advertising, where required; • liaise with Cork City Council's Communications Unit to identify strategic advertising opportunities in line with the Council's organisational goals; • provide general media insights and statistics, as required; • assess ad-hoc media promotions, as required; • demonstrate effectiveness of media buying competitiveness through statistical analysis, industry performance and KPIs. Media formats will cover but may not be limited to: • printed media formats (mainly statutory notices in weekly composite advertisements in Cork based media — this makes up the bulk of our advertising annually); • radio (specific to Cork local radio campaigns); • digital media (local and national — a growing emphasis); • outdoor (local to Cork City - limited amount).
