Request tender for suitably qualified and experienced (economic/planning/housing/surveying/statistical researcher) consultants to undertake a Housing Strategy including Housing Need and Demand Assessment for the County, which will both inform and be incorporated into the Clare County Development Plan 2022 – 2028. The Successful Tenderer is required to undertake: Part A - Housing Need and Demand Assessment for County Clare and Part B – Housing Strategy for County Clare which will form a volume of the Clare County Devlopment Plan 2022-2028 Lot 201902: Housing Strategy, including Housing Need Demand Assessment for County Clare Please consult the associated tender documentation, which contains full instructions regarding the submission of tenders in respect of competitions.
