Killiane Castle Honey are seeking quotations for honey extraction and bottling equipment. All specifications below are to cater for National Hives and with commentary on ability to convert to Langstroth frames if required. There are 9 lots in total and suppliers can tender for all lots or for individual lots with quotations provided for each individual lot. The pricing structure should be inclusive of installation and commissioning of the equipment in the premises of Killiane Castle Honey and inclusive of any training supports for operating this equipment. The completed tender should supply information regarding warranties, parts availability and supply and the nature and extent of technical support to be provided with the equipment. Subject to approval of LEADER funding, Killiane Castle Honey will use the most economically advantageous tender selection process and the scoring criteria will apply as follows: Criteria Weighting % Score % Price/Value for money 55% Compatibility with existing equipment 5% Technical Support 20% After care 20% Total 100% Specify the VAT rate applicable to the purchase. The Ultimate Cost submitted shall remain open for acceptance for 3 months from the date of deadline for submission of tenders.
