Tender description

SLC needs to determine its post-Covid 19 working arrangements, covering "flexible" working (both home and office-working). This analysis will enable us to deliver on a key objective in our Corporate Strategy Lot 1: SLC are seeking consultancy support in order to ensure the Return To Office (RTO) programme is successful. The support will form a Call Off provision that will provide situational advice and guidance, logistics/engagement support, analytics support and access to best practice experts that will inform the SLC decision and planning process on an "as needed" basis.
