Tender description

Rotherham Borough Council are seeking to establish a framework for the supply of public realm materials and products for Rotherham Town Centre and wider township and village schemes. This framework will support delivery of the Rotherham Town Centre Masterplan whilst also supporting improvement projects across the borough in townships and villages where infrastructure has not received investment for a number of years. Lot 1: Concrete Paving Materials This is for the supply and delivery of variety of concrete paving materials, channels, kerbs and edgings and step units including but not limited to the following: British standard Pre-cast concrete kerbs, channels and edgings High quality Pre- cast concrete textured kerbs, channels and edgings Concrete Tactile paving Concrete Paving units Mid range Concrete slab paving Concrete block paving Mid-range concrete block paving Traditional ‘Tegula/ Woburn’ style block paving Premium range Concrete Block and Slab modular paving Pre cast concrete step units High Quality pre cast concrete step units Lot 2: Natural Stone Paving Materials This is for the supply and delivery of natural stone and granite paving, setts, channels, dished channels, kerbs and edgings including but not limited to the following: Granite kerbs, channels and edgings Granite drainage channels Granite Tactile paving Granite Sett paving Granite step units Natural stone kerbs, channels and edgings Natural stone Sett paving Natural stone paving slabs Natural stone Tactile paving Natural stone step unit Lot 3: Natural Stone Tree Surrounds, Grilles and other bespoke stone architecture. This is for the manufacture, supply and delivery of bespoke natural stone and granite tree surrounds, monoliths, amphitheatre seating units and blocks. Exact designs and sizes of materials will vary for each project subject to detailed design. Lot 4: Street Furniture This is for the supply and delivery of street furniture including but not limited to seating, benches and perches, raised planters, bollards, waymarking posts and totem and features signage, cycle racks and stands. Lot 5: Feature and Specialist Lighting This is for the supply and delivery of a range of contemporary LED feature lights including but not limited to linear and spot in ground uplighters, under seat lighting, Catenary lighting and Gobo projectors, totem, stick and bollards lighting.
