Station End Mobilising Support & Maintenance

Tender description

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service are seeking to appoint an approved service provider to supply support for all our station end mobilising equipment. The Service utilises communications equipment on all fire stations to receive mobilisation information from the Fire Control system. These Firecoders are used to send information to printers as well as sounders, gas and electrical shut off relays, transmitters and alerters. The scope of this tender is to procure a support contract for Firecoder and NSM monitoring and testing software to cover all sites of the Service. We require the successful supplier to provide software updates, bug fixes, working day fault diagnosis with appropriate engineering resources, and some on-site training and configuration days. The supplier will also be required to assist ICT staff with fault diagnosis, training and configuration refinements and to provide updates and improvements to the identified software.
