Servicing Mechanical Plant and Equipment

Tender description

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to Service Mechanical Plant and Equipment for Torbay Council assets, TDA assets and for external TDA clients who have signed up to a Service Level Agreement and may have assets across the South West region, from Cornwall to Wiltshire. The Contract will be a Torbay Council Contract but will be administered and managed by the TDA Property Services Team. In order to access Word and Excel format documents to download and complete, Applicants must be registered as suppliers on www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk.and within the opportunity itself on the portal in the Respond area. In order to access the Part 5A and 5B Pricing Schedules which must be completed as part of the Applicant's Tender Response, Applicants must complete and return Appendix B Confidentiality Agreement as it contains details of assets.
